SMH 'Good Food Guide'

Credo was reviewed by Matthew Evans team in the Sydney Morning Herald 2006 Good Food Guide.

We received a sensational 14/20 with a wine icon for an exceptional wine list. Credo was also given the tagline by the reviewers as "Good - In fact very Good!”

2006 Good Food Guide

A further extract:

’Duck is fall-off-the-bone tender and subtly flavoured with star anise, cinnamon and herbs; a staple of tender beef fillet with snap-fresh green beans, mash and red wine jus is slickly executed’.

"A knock out wine list beautifully compliments former Banc chef William Smirnios’s Menu."

’With its modern interior – café style upstairs, intimate restaurant downstairs – slick service and wallet friendly prices, we hope to see more Credos on the North Shore very soon.’

2004 Top New Restaurant - SMH

Matthew Evans states "Since this time last year, there's been a shift towards accessible dining, in the form of the revamped Sydney bistro. Restaurants such as Newtown's Oscillate Wildly, Neutral Bay's Loco, Cammeray's Credo and Balmain's Bistro Stock have all burst on the scene and wooed locals"

2005 Good Food Guide

Matthew Evans states "(Credo) delivers taste and flavours that we only used to find in dreams...."
